Establishing a company in the Czech Republic is rather complicated and it requires several physical visits to different offices, a notary and the commercial register.
With us, however, all you need is to sign a power of attorney (for this purpose only), which you can mail to us and we will arrange and take care of everything for you.
What you need to do:
- Choose a company name
- Appoint the owner
- Appoint the director
- Mail power of attorney
What we will do for you:
- Draw up the memorandum and the articles of the association
- Visit a notary and draw up the first minutes of the shareholders' meeting
- Draw up the director's affidavit with an officially verified signature
- Draw up the trustee of the capital's affidavit with an officially verified signature
- Open a special bank account for the deposit of the registered capital and obtain the acknowledgement from the bank
- Find the place for the registered office and obtain the approval for registering the address with an officially verified signature
- Draw up the proposal for registering the company in the commercial register with an officially verified signature
- Make a physical visit to the commercial register and submit the proposal for registering the company
- Make a physical visit to the municipal authority and obtain a trade licence
- Make a physical visit to the tax office and register the company for the corporate income tax
How much does it cost:
- The total of fees for notary, bank, commercial register, municipal authority and our services is 875 € (incl. 21% VAT)
